Lane had an amazing 1st Christmas! We were in Longview Christmas Eve, with the Musslewhites. Lane spent the evening anticipating Santa's arrival. We went to Church and then had snacks at Uncle Maynard's. When we got home, we dressed Lane for bed in his Christmas pajamas and he slept well knowing that his shoes were safe in his Grandfathers.
Lane was woken up bright and early Christmas morning, about 6:30. He woke up happy and ready to see what Santa had brought him, I guess we are preparing him for future Christmases.
We opened presents and had Christmas lunch with the Musslewhites. Then, we got on the road to head to Bartlesville, Lane slept most of the 5 hour trip. He was worn out from his busy morning! We got to my parents in Bartlesville and opened presents before dinner. Let me just say, Lane's pile was by far the biggest. His Auntie Sarah helped him open his presents...
He got his first car, a firetruck - complete with a Dalmatian.
He might be a little young to drive it, but he sure likes sitting in it, checking out the wheel.
And he got a pony! His Great Uncle had to get Lane his first horse. Of course he was so excited to ride it!!
Lane got so many amazing gifts. He loved everything, even his singing dog with the flapping ears.

He's a little small for her, but he still took her for a ride.
