Big Boy!

I have a big boy, literally!!! Today we went in for Lane's 6 mo doctor appointment and he is not small. Here's the breakdown.

Weight: 18lbs 11oz 75 percentile

Height: 29 inches 95+ percentile His height is off the charts!

Head: 45.9 cm 90-95 percentile

I am sure it is no surprise to anyone that my little darling is tall, especially since Clint is so tall. But, I am still amazed by Lane. In previous appointments Lane's weight has been in the 90-95 percentile like his height, but I think all the crawling he is doing is slimming him up.
The Doctor said that everything looked good. Developmentally he is doing all the things he is supposed to be doing. It was funny, the nurse was asking me if he could roll over, grasp objects, laugh, ect, ect. She stopped and I said what about crawling? Apparently, that isn't even something they look for babies to be doing yet. His two teeth were also a big surprise to the Doctor. Lane is such a champ! I am so proud of him already. I'm a very lucky Mommy.
After the Doctor we went to a fabric store that is having a HUGE sale. All of their fabrics are at least 50% off. You can see all the fabric I got, and I didn't pay more than 10.00 a yard for anything! Now I just need to get sewing.
