I know it's been a while... We are home and trying to get back into the swing of things. I've been packing up Christmas, cleaning, running errands and Lane's been sleeping, sleeping, and sleeping. Apparently he was worn out from our time away from home!
Lane was, as usual, a great traveler. We spent most of the two weeks we were gone in the car driving somewhere. Clint and I have always enjoyed road trips and it looks like Lane does too!
When Lane is in the backseat by himself he plays quietly and looks around. When I lean back to talk to him he always kicks his feet in a circular motion. So cute! If you listen again closely you can hear Clint announcing billboards in Spanish. I think if he were alone he would announce everything he sees on a road trip. Too bad, for him, he has me and Lane to talk to. 
We were so loaded with stuff that we had the backseat around Lane packed. This was him when we finally pulled into our driveway, after 8 hours in the car. Looks like he was ready to be home!
