We're Pooped!

We have had a busy week here in the Musslewhite household. We've been sewing and drilling all week!!! Remember all that great fabric I got, we'll I couldn't let it all just sit there. By the way, isn't Lane adorable? He fell asleep in his jumping seat the other night.
I'm feeling quite accomplished this morning because I'm finished with my living & dining room curtains!! I had to make 8 panels, so it took me a while. In between chasing after Lane I sewed on Monday and Tuesday. Lane helped of course.
On Wednesday, I sewed some more and Clint installed the drapery rods. Murphy decided it was her turn to help. I'm not exactly sure how she helped, but isn't she cute nestled on the fabric with her beloved red ring? Last night I finished everything up while Clint did absolutely nothing!!!
Just kidding. I took this picture while he was taking a break. He spent the evening working on a video for church while I was putting the finishing touches on the curtains. I love them, and we think they really warm the room up.I tried to get a good picture of the dining room curtains, but this was the best I could do. Now that I look at it, they need some adjusting. They are the opposite of the family room - the small pattern is on top and the floral pattern is on the bottom. The two rooms are open to each other so they work together, but are different in each room.And, last but not least. I also finished the curtains for Lane's bathroom. It's a jack and jill bath so you can see the window on Lane's side and then part of the window through the doorway to the other side. The fabric is very kid-like, but I love all the colors. I think I'll be able to do lots with them. It's hard to see, but they have tabs at the top with different bright colored buttons as closures.
