A trip to Longview

This past weekend we took Lane to visit his Grandparents (Clint's parents) in Longview. We had a great time. Lane went to his first High School football game on Friday night and got enjoy a family fish fry on Sunday before we had to leave. I must say however, that Lanes favorite activity of the weekend was playing with Hank, Wayne & Margaret's winer dog.

Margaret had lots of pumpkins by her front door. I couldn't resist the opportunity to try to take a picture of Lane in her "pumpkin patch". After getting a couple decent pictures Lane decided he wasn't going to smile and he wanted no part of being down on the grass.

After Lane decided he didn't want to cooperate I decided to try to get a cute picture of Murphy. Turns out she didn't want to cooperate either! You can tell by the look on her face she wasn't too happy with me.
